• The competition is open to everyone, no age restriction. No minimum purchase required.

• Employees of participating businesses and their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are eligible to enter.

• To enter the competition, participants must purchase an item from a participating business and complete the entry form.

• Only one entry is allowed per receipt.

• Entries must be submitted before the end of the competition, Friday 28 February 2025 at 11:59pm

• The prize for this competition – 5 x $100 gift vouchers available, to be issued to a business of choice within the Loddon Shire.

• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

• The draw will take place in the first week of March 2025.

• Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the end of the competition.

• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, they will forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected.

• By entering the competition, participants agree to their email addresses being added to our email database for future promotions of Shop Loddon and relevant information and events in the Loddon Shire.

• Loddon Shire Council reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

• Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible.
